Runmatic is a unique app developed by sport scientists and coaches of elite runners. It utilizes slow-motion recording features on iOS devices to provide a detailed analysis of your running and sprinting technique. Through scientifically validated equations, Runmatic offers insights into various aspects such as contact-flight times, force, efficiency, frequency, leg asymmetry, pronation, pelvic drop, and strike pattern, aiding in performance enhancement and injury prevention.
